PURPOSE:To thin the thickness of a ceramic layer by composing piezoelectric ceramic plates out of a sintered substance which is obtained by simultaneously calcining plural ceramic green sheets through electrodes. CONSTITUTION:On a ceramic green sheet 31, a through-hole 34 is formed and an electrode paste 35 is spread on the surface. On a ceramic green sheet 32, a through-hole 36 is formed in the position which is in accordance with the through-hole 34 and a through-hole 37 is formed at the end of opposite side and an electrode paste 38 is spread. On a ceramic green sheet 33, a through-hole 39 is formed in the position which is in accordance with the through-hole 37 and an electrode paste 40 is spread around said through-hole 39. An electrode paste 41 is spread also over the back side of the ceramic green sheet 33. After laminating the sheets 31...33 and subjecting them to pressure-contact, those are simultaneously calcined so as to obtain a sintered substance for composing a first piezoelectric ceramic plate. Thus, a ceramic layer can be made thin. |
