摘要

PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain good luminous efficiency and uniform luminance by arranging the induction coils in the lower part and the upper part of the transparent bulbs enclosing discharge gas bodies while making to flow high frequency currents having the reversed conducting directions through the coil wires of the induction coils neighboring in parallel up and down as well as right and left. CONSTITUTION:The coil wires 1a or 1b of induction coils 1 are arranged up and down both sides in the center of each bulb 2 along the longitudinal direction of the bulbs 2. The induction coils 1 make the coil wires to meander for reversing the conducting directions of the coil wires 1a and 1b in parallel up and down as well as right and left. An upper side opening of a shield frame 3 is covered by a light-diffusing plate 4 for obtaining uniform luminance by diffusing light each bulb 2. The areas A having strong electric fields are generated so as to go along the longitudinal direction of the tube wall inner peripheral part excepting the central part of the bulbs 2 by the coil wires 1a or 1b located up and down both sides in the center of the coil bulbs 2 to perform luminance of high brightness. And the areas A having strong electric fields are uniform extending over the longitudinal direction of the bulbs 2 along the coil wires 1a and 1b so as to obtain a uniform luminous state.
