PURPOSE:To bond a work simply and efficiently without breakage of the work or unevenness of bonding, by bonding a work to a block with the titled device provided with a heating means, a cooling means, a carrier, and a pressing means. CONSTITUTION:Conveyors 4a, 4a of a carrier 4 are lifted by means of a cylinder 24, and a block 7 is placed on the claws 6 of the conveyors 4a, 4b. The conveyors 4a, 4a are descended to put the block 7 on a table plate 10 in a heating station 2, and the block 7 is heated to spread a hot-melt adhesive on the surface thereof, thereby joining and tentatively bonding a work 8 thereto. By means of a starting button, the conveyors 4a, 4a are lifted to support the block 7, and a horizontal shift cylinder 25 is operated to transfer the block 7 onto a table plate 15 in a cooling station 3. A pressure cylinder 33 is operated to descend a pressure plate 34, pressing the work 8 against the block 7. The work 8 and the block 7 are then cooled with cooling water. After the completion of the bonding, the plate 34 is lifted, and a supporting arm 31 is turned to a refuge position to carry out the block 7. |
