PURPOSE:To enable a subject to reflect, on an evaluated value, even a sense value which is delicately different from that of an evaluated word by enabling to input a continuous data on the evaluated value to a data input controller for sensory evaluation, etc. CONSTITUTION:A subject moves right and left a knob 211 of a movable part 111 as he likes to decide a position on an evaluation scale 213. Then the subject pushes a confirmation button 112 serving as a transmitting means for the signal instructing the reading of the input data after deciding the position of a pointer 212. Then a converting part 13 converts the value of the position of the pointer 212 into electric signals. At the same time, the read instructing signal is transferred to a data collecting part 130 for reading the electric signals produced by the part 113. Here data input controllers 1101-110n are added to send those electric signals to the part 113 so that plural subjects can collect data at a time. Then data are sent to the part 130 via an interface part 120 and analyzed by a data analyzing part 140.
