PURPOSE:To obtain a cabin having good amenity by a method in which brackets to support an operating lever are set on the surrounding wall and a space is formed below the brackets. CONSTITUTION:A right-handed bracket 7 is projectionally provided to a right- handed plate 4, and a partial portion at much the same level as the armrest 3a of a seat 3 in the plate 4 is projected in a box form for the bracket 7. A right-side working machine operation lever 8 is provided for the bracket 7, and a left-handed bracket 9 is likewise set to the left side. In boarding the cabin, the bracket 9 is pushed aside to obviate hindrance in the way of boarding and it is again restored to its original position after seating. A wide space can thus be formed fully over the width of the cabin in the front lower region of the seat.
