PURPOSE:To actively purify org. solid substances by providing a partition wall along the peripheral wall in a septic tank wherein raw night soil is charged, forming a clearance between the partition wall and the peripheral wall, and protruding the base end of the bark implanted to the hole of the partition wall into the clearance. CONSTITUTION:The partition wall 2 is provided along the peripheral wall 1 in the septic tank T-1 wherein raw night soil is charged, and the clearance 4 is formed between the partition wall and the peripheral wall 1. Natural bark 3 of redwood, etc., is implanted in the hole 2a provided to the partition wall 2, and the base end part 3a of the bark 3 is protruded into the clearance 4 from the inside of the septic tank. Consequently, org. solid substances can be actively decomposed and purified.
