PURPOSE:To produce a sheet having high surface strength at a high speed by coating a electron radiation curing resin on a base material then forming a hologram on the resin surface and curing the resin by the irradiation of electron rays. CONSTITUTION:A metallic stamper 3 of a relief hologram type is used and is pressed by an extremely light pressure to the layer 2 of the electron radiation curing resin coated on the base material sheet 1, by which the resin layer 2' formed with the hologram on the surface of the resin layer 2 is obtd. The resin layer 2' is extremely quickly and securely cured when the electron rays are irradiated to the surface of the resin layer 2'. The hologram forming sheet is thereby produced at the extremely high speed. The sheet has the high surface strength and is widely utilizable as various stickers.
