PURPOSE:To strongly perform the welding of the cloth for reinforcing and rubber part simultaneously with the cutting by performing the cutting by a laser beam projection with giving the relative transfer which coincides with the shape of the inner edge or outer edge of a cutting objective product to the supporting base which supports a cloth reinforced rubber sheet and a laser beam port. CONSTITUTION:The supporting base 2 pinching a cloth reinforced rubber sheet 1 and a pressing jig 3 are placed on a table 4 and a laser beam port 5 is arranged in opposition thereto. The laser beam is projected on a cloth reinforced rubber sheet 1 from a laser beam port 5 with working the relative transfer means located between the table 4 and laser beam port 5 by setting the laser beam port 5 by coinciding with the position at the inner edge or outer edge of the cutting objective product of the rubber sheet 1. Since the fiber of the cloth for reinforcing and rubber part are welded each other by being heated by the laser beam at cutting stage as well as the end edge of the rubber sheet 1 is cut by performing as above, no separation is caused nor the permeation of a lubricant, water, air, etc., into the product inner part is generated. |
