PURPOSE:To prevent the operating of a hysteresis function when a circuit is calibrated by constituting a hysteresis circuit of a thyristor and a resistance, connecting the gate of the thyristor through the resistance to an electric power source and providing a shorting circuit between the gate cathodes of the thyristor. CONSTITUTION:The gate of a thyristor 6 is connected through a resistance 8 to a power source, the section between gate and cathode of a thyristor is shorted by a shorting circuit 9 composed of a jumper line, etc. The shorting circuit 9 is maintained until it is actually used related to the control object, and therefore, the thyristor at the time of calibrating the circuit is in the off condition and the positive input suppressing effect of a comparator 1, namely, the hysteresis effect will not occur. Consequently, since an Ron and Roff which are the switching resistance value of the thyristor are coincident, a semi-fixed resistor 5, etc., can be easily adjusted. After adjustment, the jumper line is cut, and then, a gate current flows from the resistance 8 to the thyristor, turning-off is executed, the current is equal to the diode of the conventional hysteresis circuit and the hysteresis effect can be obtained.
