PURPOSE:To simplify a circuit constitution and to improve the safety by using a battery capable of being charged from a commercial power source of the like as the power source of a transmitter for displaying a danger by receiving a signal from a danger alarming pressing switch through a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:As the power source for driving respective parts of the transmitter 1, the battery 7a is connected and a lighting line power source of other commercial alternating current power source 15 is connected to a power source input terminal 1 to charge it. In case of depressing an operating button 5, a motor is driven by the operation of a receiver 3, a shutter is moved vertically and a stop operation is carried out at an elevating limit and a descending limit by a limit switch. During a closing operation of the shutter 2, when a child erroneously enters just below the shutter and steps on the pressing switch 12, an abnormal signal from the switch is inputted to the terminal E1 of the microcomputer 10. The microcomputer 10 moves from a stand by mode to an ordinary operating mode, outputs scanning signals from terminals S1, S2, inputs a modulating signal from a terminal TX to a danger display signal generating part 9 and projects infrared ray to the receiver 3.
