PURPOSE:To prevent a vehicle from bursting out by arranging a means for detecting abnormality of a vehicle and by stopping fuel supply to an engine by means of a signal of the abnormality of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:In a vehicle in standing condition, if for example a fusible link wire FLW2 blows out, supply of power to a power circuit 4 is shut off and contact points r1 and r2 are opened. Accordingly, solenoids SOL1-SOL4 for actuating respective clutch actuator valves V1-V4 are also de-energized and oil in a right chamber of a cylinder 1a is drawn out. As a result, a clutch is suddenly engaged and the vehicle is going to begin driving. However, since a fuel cut relay 7 is also de-energized simultaneously, a fuel cut valve 8 is also closed. Accordingly, since fuel supply to an engine is shut off, the engine also stops to prevent the vehicle from bursting out.
