PURPOSE:To improve the adhesiveness between an undercoat layer and nonmagnetic substrate or a magnetic layer and undercoat layer by incorporating a specific ternary hydroxyl alkyl amine compd. into the undercoat layer and a polyvalent isocyanate compd. into a layer positioned on the undercoat layer. CONSTITUTION:The ternary hydroxyl alkyl amino compd. selected from the compds. expressed by the formula is incorporated into the undercoat layer and the polyvalent isocyanate compd. is incorporated into the layer positioned on the undercoat layer. The ternary hydroxy alkyl amino compd. is compounded into said layer in a >=1-<=20 parts range per 100 parts total of the binder. The undercoat layer consists of the binder compounded with a photoinitiator in a >=1-<=20 parts range by 100 parts total of the binder and the king of the radiation to be used for curing is UV rays. In the formula, R1 denotes a hydroxyl alkyl group of 2-5C or hydroxyl alkoxy alkyl group of 4-6C, R2, R3 denote an alkyl group of 1-5C of hydroxyl alkyl group of 2-5C.
