PURPOSE:To hold a driver in better safety by mounting a trunk wear for cushioning provided between the driver and a belt in regard to the belt cramping the driver. CONSTITUTION:A trunk wear 13 in which cushioning material such as urethane foam is stuffed is attached to a belt 6, and provided between the belt 6 and the waist of a driver. Therefore, the trunk wear 13 is applied to the waist of a driver, and the cramping force of the belt 6 is distributed to be held when a bolt part 10 is connected to a buckle body 9 of the belt 6. Thereby, a driver is surely cramped on a seat 12 by means of the belt 6 through the elastic trunk wear 13. Accordingly, a driver is not thrown out of a vehicle in the case of a lateral turning accident, and safety is maintained better.
