摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a multifunctional optical device abounding in mass productivity and reliability without limiting the material of a sbustrate in ceramics by collectively loading only previously required electric parts to a first substrate by using double substrate structure and assembling an optical part to a second substrate apart from the electric parts. CONSTITUTION:An optical part is coupled optically with a substrate 12, the surface of a substrate 11 has patterns for an electric part, holes 14 are formed around the substrate 11 at the same intervals as the intervals of terminals 13 for the substrate 12, and the terminals 13 for the electric part are connected electrically to the holes 14. Loading to the substrate 11 of the electric part and loading to the substrate 12 of the optical part are conducted separately, the holes 14 for the substrate 11 are fitted to projecting sections from the terminals 13 for the substrate 12, the fitting sections of the terminals 13 and the holes 14 are soldered partially, and the substrate 12 and the substrate 11 are joined while the terminals for the electric part loaded on the substrate 11 and the terminals 13 for the substrate 12 are connected electrically.</p>
