PURPOSE:To improve a degree of freedom about the attachment of a plate like liquid crystal cell which is easily introduced a transparent light by providing with a connecting means to the titled device which one end of the connecting means is electrically connected to a plural terminals of the plate like liquid crystal cell holder with a holding means, and another end thereof is taken out the prescribed part of the holding means. CONSTITUTION:In an another surface of the plate like liquid crystal cell 1, a wiring pattern 3b is formed over from one end of the prescribed cell 1 to another end thereof, coping with a terminal 2a, and the terminal 2a and one end of the wiring pattern 3b are connected with each other via a thermocompression bonding film 3a. The terminal 2b is connected to an end of the prescribed film 3c which is connected to the connector 5a. The another end of the wiring pattern 3b is connected to the prescribed film 3d which is connected to the connector 5b. The connecting means is composed of the thermocompression bonding film 3a, 3c and 3d and the transparent wiring pattern 3b. Thus, the terminals 2a and 2b of the plate like liquid crystal cell 1 is gathered with both surfaces of the another end of the plate like liquid crystal cell 1, and is disposed so as to separate the plate like liquid crystal cell and the printed substrate 6 provided with the driving circuit 7 thereon.
