METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TRANSFER MOLDING

PURPOSE:To obtain good molding without including air left in a pot in a molding as air void when molding by keeping a pair of molds in non-clamping state or a little opening state until an injecting plunger contacts a tablet. CONSTITUTION:An oil pressure P2 is applied in a clamping cylinder 12 and a piston 13 is thereby pressed up. A position detecting sensor 20 is operated by a dog 18 and a bottom force 21 is thereby stopped against a top force 22 with a little gap H. A tablet 35 is put in a pot 27 and an injecting plunger 30 is taken down by applying an oil pressure P1 on the upper part of a cylinder 29 to press a table 35. A detecting sensor 33 is operated by a dog 32 and a pressure P2 is thereby applied on the lower part of a clamping cylinder 12 to clamp the mold. When the plunger 30 is taken down, air left in the pot 27 is exhausted outside through the gap H and therefore neither flows into a molding nor become air void in it.
