PURPOSE:To decrease a shunt current generated in a piping system so as to enhance the charge/discharge efficiency of the captioned battery by forming a space in an electrolytic solution in either of branch pipes for feeding and returning the electrolytic solution, and by insulating same electrically at both sides of the space. CONSTITUTION:The electrolytic solution in branch pipes 1 flow under the pressure of a circulating pump, and the electrolytic solution flowed in the container 2 from an upper branch pipe 1 is received by a receiving bowl 3a. The bowl 3a is inclined, if the electrolyte is filled in the bowl 3a, and therefore the electrolyte in the bowl 3a which is moved downwards while being swiveled flows on the bottom of the container 2, and then discharged through a lower branch pipe 1. An air space is formed between the electrolytic solution in the upper branch pipe 1 and the electrolytic solution in the lower branch pipe 1, since the electrolytic solution flowed in the container 2 from the branch pipe 1 is received once by the receiving bowl 3a. Thus, the continuity of the electrolytic solution is interrupted so that it is insulated electrically. |
