PURPOSE:To obtain the clad steel sheet having excellent joining with high yield by using the dummy steel forming in double layer state via a separating material as a dummy steel. CONSTITUTION:A clad metal 1 is arranged adjoining to a base metal 5 and a dummy steel 3 is arranged further by abutting to the clad metal 1. The dummy steel 3 is taken as the two layer lamination of a thin layer part 31 and thick layer part 32 via a separating material 2. The sealing of the separation space which arranges the separation material 2 by seal-welding 4 of the thin layer part 31 and thick layer part 32 with the peripheral edge part thereof. The composite inner part is sealed by exhausting by passing an exhaust hole 7 and exhaust pipe 9 by performing a restraint welding 8 of a frame metal 6, dummy steel 3 and frame metal 6, base metal steel 5 by leaving the exhaust hole 7, by arranging the frame metal 6 in the gap between the dummy steel 3 and base metal steel 5 formed on the periphery of the clad steel 1. After pressure welding the base metal steel 5 and clad metal 1 by hot rolling the composite the periphery is cut, by removing the thick layer part 32 of the dummy steel 3 by separating it from the part of the separation material 2 further and by cutting off the remaining thin layer part 31 of the dummy steel 3 the clad steel sheet is obtd. |
