PURPOSE:To remarkably increase grinding capability and effectively prevent grinding burning and smear by gradually permeating liquid lubricant using cutting oil as base oil with the use of abrasive. CONSTITUTION:Cross contact parts of chemical fiber 2 of nonwoven fabric 1 forming abrasive wheel are bonded with small drops of synthetic rubber binder. The surface of the fiber 2 is covered with a urethane resin adhesive 4. In addition, abrasive grains and globular-shape porous inorganic powder 6 in which liquid lubricant is sealed are randomly bonded. With the use of the lubricating abrasive, the liquid lubricant is gradually permeated, and additives are also effectively released by a cutting point, and grinding capability is remarkably increased. As a result, grinding burning and smear are effectively prevented.
