PURPOSE:To allow an emergency alarm to be listened to at plural positions and to prevent the emergency alarm from being unheard by connecting an emergency broadcast terminal equipment comprising a reception section always receiving an emergency alarm broadcast, an alarm discrimination section outputting an alarm output signal and an emergency broadcast section to a signal line. CONSTITUTION:An emergency broadcast terminal equipment 6 is always energized to be set to the reception enable state of the emergency alarm broadcast, which is received by a reception section 10 via an antenna 9. The set reception frequency is received selectively by a tuner section 10a, from which a code data representing the alarm condition is detected. At alarm discrimination section 12 decodes the inputted code data to detect the alarm condition such as kind of emergency alarm and alarm raising area. It is discriminated that the alarm broadcast is required, an alarm output signal is outputted from the alarm discrimination section 12, a broadcast section 13 is operated to connect all talking terminal equipments to a signal line 4, the mode is set to the extension simultaneous broadcast mode, the alarm voice received by the reception section 10 of an emergency broadcast terminal equipment 6 is broadcasted simultaneously by utilizing the loudspeaker function of a talking terminal equipment.
