PURPOSE:To obtain a controller IC of least disturbance and low cost by rounding the output waveform of an output pulse by means of a waveform shaping circuit of a MOS circuit in the IC to decrease the harmonic components of said pulse. CONSTITUTION:To the circuit part in the controller IC 11 composed of the C.MOS circuit to drive the driver IC of a liquid crystal television, waveform shaping circuits 13 and 14 having the function of low-pass filter are provided. The input waveform of the output pulse from a circuit part 12 which is the input to the circuits 13 and 14, is made less harmonic components through the circuits 13 and 14. Hence said pulse is of a rounded waveform. As a result, a small-sized controller IC of least harmonic disturbance and low cost whose peripheral parts are less in number can be obtained.
