PURPOSE:To minimize extremely the space in a height direction and to simplify a disk loading by providing a sliding hub to guide the center hole of a disk and an outer circumferential sliding hub to hold a disk surface, shifting in the lower direction at the time of loading horizontally the disk, returning to the original position after the disk is shifted to the center of a motor main body and holding the disk. CONSTITUTION:Until a disk 1 arrives at 1A, a lever 11 is shifted in the lower direction, abutted to a pin 9A and a sliding lever 9 is pushed down. On the way, the pin 9A is abutted to the lower edge of an oblong hole 10A where an outer circumferential sliding hub 10 is provided and the outer circumferential sliding hub 10 is also pushed down. The disk 1 arrives at the position of 1A. Next, the lever 11 returns to the original position, the outer circumferential sliding hub 10 also returns until the hub is abutted to a guide washer 15, and a sliding hub 9 is also lifted up until the hub is firmly coupled to the center hole of the disk 1. A disk presser 2 is descended from the upper side, the disk 1 is pressured, thereby completing the holding and fixing operations.
