PURPOSE:To improve a sealing function and mechanical strength, by installing a frame which is constituted such that a drain tube is formed around the drain port of a water channel. CONSTITUTION:A slide roof frame 10, having a roof opening 11, has a water channel 12 formed therein, and the water channel 12 surrounds the opening 11. Each of four corners of the frame 10 has a port 13 which drains water through the water channel 12, and the port 13 has a tubular part 14 extending outward. A recess 15 is provided in the frame 10, and a drain tube 18 made of a rubber composite material is directly molded in the vicinity of the port 13 of the frame 10. However, in order to mold the tube 18, an upper mold 23 and a lower mold surround the frame 10 at corners from the upper and the lower side, a mold space 26, forming the shape of the tube 18, is formed togetherwith a core pin 25, the space 26 is sealed, and a raw material is injected through an injection nozzle 30. |
