PURPOSE:To prevent a high pressure lead wire and an insulating rubber cap from injuring and obtain the anode cap of high reliability, by making the high pressure lead wire attached with a connector and the insulating rubber cap as an integrally molded structure. CONSTITUTION:A rubber tube 70 is made of a rubber material similar to a rubber cap 13, and a high pressure lead wire 11, a connecting terminal 12 and the rubber tube 70 are formed integrally with the insulating rubber cap 13 by injection and the like. After the connecting terminal 12 is mounted to the high pressure lead wire 11, the connecting terminal portion is fixed into a die in which the configuration of the insulating rubber cap 13 is made for a cavity, and the rubber material similar to the rubber tube is injected from outside, so that an anode cap 10 in which the high pressure lead wire 11 attached with a connecting terminal and the insulating rubber cap 13 are formed integrally can be obtained.
