PURPOSE:To make the total height scatter after assembling small and liquid leakage resistivity characteristic excellent, by letting the process for making a negative pole cap and a sealing ring in one body through alkaline resistive adhesive comprise two processes of a heating process under pressure, and a cooling process. CONSTITUTION:On the L part inside a sealing ring 6 having a L cross section, alkaline resistive adhesive 9 made of polyamide resin is applied by using organic solvent first, and then a dish-like negative pole 6 is arranged on the part having a L cross section of a sealing ring 5. Then, the negative pole cap 6 and the sealing ring 5 are pressed to each other in the upward and the downward directions with a pressure of 2-5kg per one square centimeter, and at the same time, the outside top surface of the cap is heated up to 100 deg.C-200 deg.C. After the adhesive 9 is melted, they are quickly cooled below 50 deg.C under the applied pressure so as to have the adhesive solidified, thereby completing an integrated one body. |
