PURPOSE:To produce a polymer having improved rigidity, impact resistance, etc., while eliminating a solvent recovery process, a recovery process of catalytic residue from a polymerization product and a drying process of the polymerization product, by carrying out gaseous-phase two-state polymerization by the use of a specific highly active catalyst. CONSTITUTION:55-92wt% based on finally obtained total polymer amount of a propylene phomopolymer is produced in the presence of a catalyst consisting of (a) a solid catalytic component comprising at least a Mg compound (e.g., magnesium dimethoxide, etc.,), an electron donative compound (e.g., benzoic acid, acetone, methyl acetate, etc.,) and titanium halide (e.g., TiCl4, etc.,), (b) an organoaluminum compound (e.g., trimethylaluminum, etc.,) and (d) an electron donative compound under a gaseous-phase polymerization condition and then, fro example, 45-8wt% based on the finally obtained total polymer amount of a propylene copolymer having 30-70% content of another alpha-olefin such as ethylene, butene-1, etc.
