PURPOSE:To simplify the arrangement constitution and to stably elevate a clamper by installing a lifter lever between the clamper and a lifter cam, and abutting the lifter lever on a disk I/O lever so as to regulate the elevation of the clamper. CONSTITUTION:The clamper 24 is installed at the left side of a chassis so as to move vertically, and the clamper lifter cam 58 is fitted on the cam shaft 40 of a main body. Between the clamper and the cam 58 the clamper lifter lever 60 is installed. With this constitution, the rotation of a drive motor operates the cam 58 at the time of ejecting the disk, and the lifter lever 60 is depressed. Accordingly the clamper 24 is elevated. At that time, since the lower edge of the lever 60 abuts on the projection part 39b of the disk I/O lever 39, the elevation of the clamper 24 is regulated. Thus the arrangement constitution can be simplified, and simultaneously the clamper 24 can be stably elevated.
