<p>Water purification device comprises an elongated vessel, having its greater axis horizontal, almost completely filled with dry resin, an inlet and outlet for the water, an auxiliary chamber upstream of the principle chamber and communicating freely with the latter at the base through a constricted section, the auxiliary chamber having a lower capacity than the principle chamber and being filled with a small quantity of resin which is sufficient to complete the filling of the principle chamber, the connection between the two chambers being always filled with resin.</p> |
