PURPOSE:To use a memory in common, and to obtain a high picture quality without flicker by writing two different video signals alternately on a field memory at every field. CONSTITUTION:When the video signal at an input terminal 4 is written on a field memory 1 through a switching circuit 8, the video signal of an input terminal 5 is written on a field memory 2 through the circuit 8, and the read out signals of the memories 1 and 2 are outputted respectively through a switching circuit 9 as the signals at one preceding frame of the signal of the terminal 4. Also, when the signal of the terminal 5 is written on the memory 1 through the circuit 8, the signal of the terminal 4 is written on the memory 2 through the circuit 8, and the read out signals of the memories 1 and 2 are outputted respectively through the circuit 9 as the signals at one preceding frame of the signal of the terminal 4. Therefore, it is evaded that the respective write of two video signals on the memory 1 is overlapped on a time base, and the video signal on one side can be multipled on the video signal on the other side.
