PURPOSE:To reduce the coil inductance by arranging a nonmagnetic substance to a rear recess of a magnetic base on which a coil lead is formed so as to increase the magnetic resistance around the lead. CONSTITUTION:A nonmagnetic field part 6 such as glass is provided to the rear notch of the magnetic base 1, a gap spacer 2, a coil 3 and an upper magnetic substance 4 are formed sequentially on the upper face, a magnetic path as a ring head is constituted to a part of the magnetic substance 4 and the base 1 via the space 2 and a coil 3 is interlinked with the path. Thus, a magnetic escape is provided by suing the filled part 6 at the lower part of the coil lead 5 so as to increase the magnetic resistance around the lead thereby reducing the inductance due to the part. |
