<p>Lightweight aggregate is prepd. by treatment of paper sludge. Sludge of paper waste is dehydrated in press hydroextractor, and the dehydrated sludge whose water content is 60-70% is mixed with 1-3% of rosin, 3-5% of phenol resin, 1-5% of urea resin and 3-7% of melamine resin to give lightweight aggregate whose diameter is 5-20mm. This is dried and then is coated with a coating material, and then is dried again. The coating material is a mixt. of 5% of SBR latex and 2% of PVA.</p> |
