PURPOSE:To edit control data to individual key telephone set by providing means for exchanging, copying and initializing the control data on the respective telephone set individually. CONSTITUTION:The key telephone set is constituted by a main device 1 and the plural telephones 2, a central processing part 3 for controlling the entire of the device 1, a memory part 4 exclusively for reading for storing control procedure data, a writing and reading memory part 5 for storing compacted dial data, state information of the respective telephone sets 2 and an interface part 6 for transmitting and receiving the data and a sound with the telephone set 2. By an operation of a data editing input and output part 7, the data of the compacted dial data, an extension number, regulations or the like is exchanged, copied and initialized. Thereby, the control data to the telephone sets 2 individually can be edited.
