PURPOSE:To effectively carry out reactions involving plural enzymes or an enzyme and coenzyme, by holding reaction tubes by centrifugal force without bonding a biocatalyst to a carrier, e.g. a resin. CONSTITUTION:Rotating solution feed joints 2 and 3 are respectively provided at the upper and lower ends of a rotating shaft 1 of a cylindrical centrifugal rotor 5 and plural column cartridges 6 are radially provided on the periphery of the rotating shaft 1 in many stages. The rotating solution feed joint 2 at the upper end of the rotating shaft 1 is connected to one of the column cartridges 6 with a connection tube 7 and the cartridge 6 is connected to the adjacent cartridge 6 one after another to connect the final cartridge 6 to the rotating solution feed joint 3 at the lower end. The rotating solution feed joints 2 and 3 at the upper and lower ends are connected to either one of solution tanks 8 for a two-phase liquid through a solution feed pump 9.
