<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the protection of an exposed electrode generated at the time of assembling and to attain enhancement in productivity and a heat dissipating property, by forming an antiwear protective film and applying a solution based on metal alkoxide to the formed protective film and an electrode before baking. CONSTITUTION:In a heat-generating substrate wherein a heat-generating body and an electrode 3 are formed to a substrate 1 and an antiwear protective film is formed to the end surface 10 of the substrate 1, a solution based on metal alkoxide is applied to three surface, that is, the heat-generating body forming end surface and both main flat surfaces 1b of said heat-generating substrate so as to partially expose the electrode 3 formed to both main flat surfaces 1b and the coating layer is baked under heating to form an oxide film 5. The solution based on metal alkoxide turns to the oxide film 5 based on SiO2, TiO2, Al2O3, ZrO2, etc. by usually heating the same to about 100-250 deg.C and said film 5 has heat resistance to 1,000 deg.C or more. By this method, the resin coat for protecting the electrode exposed by mounting a cover or a base stand can be disused.</p> |
