In this liquid pump, the liquid flows either, dependent upon dynamic pressure, into or, dependent upon centrifugal force, out of external openings (11) which belong to pipes (12), pipe pieces or correspondingly acting parts. The external openings (11) project, in the version dependent upon dynamic pressure, constantly or in sections into the liquid, either the external openings (11) turning about an axis (30) or only the liquid rotating about an axis in a container. In the embodiment dependent upon centrifugal force, the liquid flows outwards through the pipes (12), pipe pieces or correspondingly acting elements which in this case rotate and, as a result of the rotation, generate centrifugal forces. The liquid pump according to the invention is suitable for conveying virtually all liquids. In particular, it has advantages if applied to parts which are already rotating or the liquid is to be pumped out of rotating containers. Among other things, excellent, inexpensive, virtually wear-free and functionally reliable pumps for conveying any oil are obtained in this manner, and in this case in particular for oil lubrication of toothed gearings. In given embodiment types, it is suitable both for forward running and for backward running. <IMAGE>
