PURPOSE:To enable decrease of the weight of a titled ceiling material and to improve sound absorbing performance and heat insulation performance,by a method wherein an aluminium foil is laminated in a particular thickness to at least the one surface of a fibrous base material having a given weight. CONSTITUTION:A molded ceiling material is decreased in weight by decreasing an amount of a fibrous base material 2 as low as possible, and the decrease in strength is compensated by an aluminium foil 1 laminated to the base material. Glass wool sheet, a waste felt sheet, corrugated fibreboard sheet, etc. are used as the fibrous base material 2, and it weight is set to 300-550g/m<2>. An aluminium foil having a thin section of 5-50mu is used, and the thickness is preferably 7-20mu. Further, a fibre-reinforced material 3 different from the base material 2 is laminated to the surface of the base material 2 located on the side opposite to the aluminium foil 1, if necessary, to improve the strength. |
