<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unauthorized access to a secondary storage medium by an application without increasing a user burden. <P>SOLUTION: When the application 1 performs file operation to the secondary storage medium 3 through an operation system 2, an access control management part 4 takes in (intercepts) a control command sent by the operating system 2, and performs access control to a virtual disk 6 or the secondary storage medium 3 according to information of an access control management information table 5.
