PURPOSE:To form an image over the entire surface without forming a no-image part by providing a tape for peeling to a no-image part at the time of normal image formation, and moving a lens block for variable power along a fixed scale as the setting reference of an original and also moving a form along the fixed scale. CONSTITUTION:An original mounted on an original platen 2 is exposed and scanned by moving back and forth the optical system composed of an exposure lamp 4 and mirrors 5-7 along the reverse surface of the original platen 2 as shown by an arrow (a). In this case, the mirrors 6 and 7 moves a half as fast as the mirror 5 so as to maintain optical path length. Reflected light from the original during the scanning of the optical system, i.e. by the light irradiation of the exposure lamp 4 is reflected by the mirrors 5-7 to pass through the lens block 8 for variable power and further reflected by mirrors 91-93 and guided to a photosensitive drum 10, so that the image of the original is formed on the surface of the photosensitive drum 10. |
