<p>PURPOSE:To prevent damaging of image carrier by specifying the construction of the separating roller. CONSTITUTION:The outside circumference part of the guide roller part 14 near the shaft center part where the maximum deflection occurs of a separating roller 6 which sandwiches and guides the transfer material 3 having been transferring with the developer of a photoreceptor 1 with a transfer corona discharger 4, by means of a separating belt 5 is made of rubber 15. Then, even if the central part of the center shaft 6a deflects and the guide roller part 14 abuts agaist the photoreceptor 1 when the user pulls the handle 10 until the body plate 9 contacts a stopper 13 in order to position the separating roller 6 to the operating position where the transfer material 3 is sandwiched and guided by the separating belt 5, damaging of the photosensitive layer is prevented by the rubber 15.</p> |
