PURPOSE:To eliminate incongruous feeling of both lamps under driving condition by providing a drive delay means in an auxiliary stop lamp employing a LED as the light source then slowing the rising and falling while synchronizing the light emission characteristic with that of main stop lamp. CONSTITUTION:A brake switch 5 is turned on to control an auxiliary stop lamp 3 through a main stop lamp 2 and a delay circuit 6 thus to feed current to both stop lamps 2, 3. When rising, it will take considerable time to achieve red heat thus to provide slow response while when falling, the after glow due to the remaining heat is matched with a slow incandescent bulb thus to slow the rising and falling of the auxiliary stop lamp 3 employing a LED as a light source through function of a resistor 9, a capacitor 8 and a transistor 7 in a delay circuit 6 and to synchronize the light emission characteristic. Consequent ly, incongruous feeling such as alternate lighting condition of both stop lamps 2, 3 can be eliminated. |
