<p>PURPOSE:To grasp the problems with quick reference and with high intuitiveness by storing previously the data obtained turning an office problems into an image for each type of problems and displaying those stored image date in combination with the questionnaire data after statistically analysing said data. CONSTITUTION:A user of this diagnosis system supplied the results of questionnaires through a keyboard 8 and stores them in an auxiliary storage 2. A CPU 1 gives the statistical processing by the processing command given from the user to eight types of problem fields which are sorted previously in response to the input data stored in the storage 2. These eight fields of problems include the filing, data processing, decision of intentions, communication, conference, organization, business work and system department services. Then an office image corresponding to each type of problems is extracted to a user memory 4 out of the storage 2 through an I/O adaptor 3. Then the image is developed by a pattern generator 5 and the results of questionnaires are displayed on a CRT 7 via a graph memory 6 in the form of office images.</p> |
