PURPOSE:To save electric power and to prolong the life of electric equipment by providing a timer which is inserted in series with a temperature sensor contact and closed in a set time, and preheating the equipment only when the contact of this time is made and inhibiting the equipment from operating during the preheating. CONSTITUTION:When a preheating period set by a timer 12 is elapsed, the contact k4 is broken, a relay 8 stops, and a contact k14 is also open, so a command for stopping mechanism part operation is not supplied to a control circuit 3. Consequently, the control circuit 3 puts a mechanism part 2 in initial resetting operation and self-diagnosing operation. An automatic teller machine (ATM) 1 enters a transaction state until an operation time thereafter and when the operation time ends, a power source disconnection switch 6 is closed and a current flows through the relay winding R of a relay 10 to break a contact k3, so that the ATM 1 stops. Then, even when a temperature sensor 7 is closed, the preheating operation is limited by the timer 12, and even when the contact of the sensor 7 is closed before the preheating time, an AC power source is limited by the timer 12. |
