PURPOSE:To obtain a high-quality film which has neither friction nor noise on a clip lever, clip closer and clip opener, by making the clip lever rock through repulsive force of a magnet. CONSTITUTION:A clip lever 10 of a circulating clip body 16 is turned by repulsive force of a permanent magnet 14 stuck to a clip closer 11 at an inlet part of a lateral stretching machine and a permanent magnet 13 of the lip lever 10, and a holding state of a film 8 is held by a mechanism such as a spring built in the clip body 16. When the clip body 16 held the film 8 is advanced toward an outlet of the lateral stretching machine, the permanent magnet 13 is faced on a permanent magnet 15 of a clip opener 12, and the clip lever 10 is turned in the opposite direction to the inlet part by the repulsive force to hold the film 8 by a mechanism built in the clip body 16 under a released state of the film. Meantime, the film 8 is stretched laterally and turned into a product. |
