A seasoning for noodles was manufd. from anchovy, raw oyster, and fish ball. Thus, 47.5g anchovy ext. powder, 150.0g oyster ext. powder, 140.0g fish ball ext. powder, and 790.5g seasoning contg. MSG, IMP, GMP, garlic, and sugar etc. were mixed to give the final product. |
