PURPOSE:To attain rapid response by a clerk in charge by providing each of unmanned operation ATMs with a means for sending fault information to a center, and when the clerk in charge inquires from one ATM, outputting the fualt information of other ATMs through the center. CONSTITUTION:A clerk in charge inserts a clerk card into an ATM32, inputs a secret No. to turn the ATM32 to a maintenance mode and then inputs a fault inquiry command. After confirming said command, the ATM32 requests the transmission of the table of fault ATMs to a computer 90 in the center X through a communication circuit. The computer 90 retrieves the fault information in a file and transmits the No., store name, unprocessed/in processing state of only the ATM having ''fault'' in the item of ''state'' to the ATM32. The ATM32 displays the information on a guide display part and the clerk in charge knows that an ATM in another store, e.g. ATM12, is in fault and another clerk in charge also does not condsier the counterplan from said display. Therefore, the clerk in charge operates an operation part, inputs a display request command of the fault information related to the ATM12, and after knowing the contents of the fault of the ATM12 in detail, executes its counterplan. |
