<p>The method comprises stuffing with thermoplastic materials a mould (9) of which the walls (5) of the mould cavity (7) have a temperature which is within the material working temperature range. Thereafter, as soon as the cavity (7) is evenly filled, there will be applied, at different locations which will be determined according to a cavity surface/thickness ratio, a compaction and a pressure which will start with the cooling of the walls (5) of the mould (9) and which will preferably be the application of a diagram: pressure, volume, temperature. After having been removed from the mould, the product obtained will therefore have the same technical characteristics as a small sized part made of the same material and obtained by traditional injection. The elimination of injection pressures results in the suppression of the traditional locking. The implementation of such a method thus enables to make thermoplastic parts which were heretofore impossible to make. The method may also be used in the case of certain thermosetting materials transformed in the same way as thermoplastic materials.</p> |
