PURPOSE:To secure such a car molding head lining material backing as being excellent in mechanical and thermal strength, by installing a biaxial stretching thermoplastic resin film on a surface of a foaming body composed of thermoplastic resin being more than the specified value in a bicut softening point. CONSTITUTION:A car molding head lining material backing 1 consists of a foaming body 2 made up of forming the tubular foaming body extruding and foaming thermoplastic resin into a flat form by pressing it in between and depositing the inner surface side as one body, and a thermoplastic resin film 3 installed on both sides of this foaming body 2. In this case, a bicut softening point of this thermoplastic resin used for the foaming body 2 is set to more than 115 deg.C. On the other hand, the film 3 is subjected to biaxial stretching, and the stretching degree should be set within the range of 15-100%. And, the foaming body 2 is also desirable to be subjected to the biaxial stretching, and the stretching degree should be set within the range of 5-40%. With this constitution, at the inside of a car room where a temperature variation is intense, deformation due to long use will not occur. |
