PURPOSE:To uniform a working by detecting the movement accelerating period of a laser beam and by starting the outgoing of the laser beam simultaneously with the time when the moving speed reaches a constant rate. CONSTITUTION:An F-V convertor 2, differentiation circuit 3, waveform shaping circuit 4 are respectively arranged in series corresponding to a position encoder 1. The position encoder 1 arranged on a laser beam moving mechanism inputs to the F-V convertor 2 the pulse in the frequency in proportion to the moving speed. Such a digital signal as becoming a logic '1' while the movement accelerating period is obtd. when the voltage signal proportionate to the frequency of the convertor 2 is inputted to the differentiation circuit 3 and inputted further to the waveform shaping circuit 4. The emission of the laser beam is started simultaneously with the fall or rise of this signal, namely simultaneously with the time when the moving speed reaches a constant rate. The energy of the laser beam thus becomes constant and the work is unified. |
