<p>Work shop or laboratory sound attenuating panels, are fixed with a sheet metal or plastics frame work, with right angled and mitred corners. Slotted joints are used to make the corner connections. Each frame work has a bottom section (1) and two upright side walls (2) made from sheet metal U-profiles with mitred corners (5,6). Each side wall has at the top, an inward folded support surface (7,8), on which the top lid (9), also having U-shaped edges (10) rests. To fix the lid to the side walls, fixture slots (11) mate with fixture slot (11') in the corresponding side walls. Fixture (snap in) clips are then inserted through the aligned slots.</p> |
