Device for storing hoops for use in pastry and cake manufacture, characterised in that it consists of a rectangular frame 1 supported by a base 11, 12 so as to stand vertically, the said frame having upright members 2 and 3 and cross members 4 and 5 and comprising at least one vertical bar 6, 7, 8 joining the cross members together, the upright members 2 and 3 and the vertical bar 6, 7, 8 having sets 15 of at least three horizontal bars placed above each other, the top bar 15 in each set being designed to carry large-diameter hoops 16, the middle bar 15a of each set being designed to accommodate medium-sized hoops 17 and the bottom bar 15b small hoops 18, and the intervals separating the top bar 15 in each set from the top bar of a neighbouring set being greater than the diameter of the large hoops 16. <IMAGE>
